Villa Thelma, also known as VUM, is a newly-built, 4-bedroom villa, high in the hills above Marigot Bay, offering stunning views and an abundance of amenities.

Luxurious Amenities

The gorgeous deck offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the breathtaking views and nearly all day sun. It features several seating areas, including a large outdoor living area and sundeck below the heated infinity pool. The dining table is located outside the living room and is covered by an awning that can be either opened to dine under the stars, or closed to provide shade during hot, sunny days. The enormous main room has a beautiful hardwood ceiling and joists that make the space seem even bigger and features a dining area, comfortable seating around the entertainment center and a breakfast bar. The fully-equipped kitchen stretches out all the way around the behind the living room, and the glass ceiling above the kitchen lets in plenty of natural light. The primary master bedroom is situated in a large, open pavilion, with the same hardwood ceiling and joists as the main room, as well as beautiful hardwood floors. It has a European king-sized bed, a large dressing area and an ensuite bathroom with a private garden and extra, outdoor shower. The second master bedroom is located in a pavilion in front of the primary, and has similar floors and ceiling, yet is slightly smaller. It has a European king-sized bed, and an over-sized bathroom with dressing area and shower. The lower level features two additional bedrooms, a large garage, fitness and home-cinema, and is accessible from an open, glass staircase or an elevator. The third and fourth bedrooms are nearly identical and have a European king-sized bed, and a large bathroom with dressing area. The lower bedrooms also have a small, private terrace with seating outside. All bedrooms have U.S satellite and AppleTV including Netflix, and there is a villa-wide Sonos sound system.
